Quick and excellent communication from the start! I got pest control for ants in the house. I was given thorough instructions on how to prepare the house and what to do afterwards. Hope (I believe that was his name) was the one who did the pest control at my house and he was very respectful and was great at explaining everything that was going to happen. He asked if there were any areas in particular that were a major problem, which was great. He also checked the house before I left to make sure it was set up correctly. I have also been surprised at how quickly it has worked as on the document sent to me, it said it could take up to 14 days to see results, but I can already see results the day after the treatment, with dead ants on the floor around the problematic areas, so very happy already!
