Residential pest control in Auckland

Your home and your family’s health are your biggest assets, and they are what we are actually protecting. For most people the real worry is not the pest - it is what gets sprayed around their children and pets to deal with it. That is the part we take most seriously.

What we do for Auckland homes

Most household jobs are a single treatment plus advice on what to change so it doesn’t come back. Some - bed bugs, heavy flea or cockroach infestations - genuinely need a follow-up, because the eggs survive the first treatment. We’ll tell you which one you’re in before you commit to anything.

We also do regular treatments for households that would rather stay ahead of spiders, ants and rodents than call when there’s a problem. That suits bush-edge and coastal properties particularly well.

What you get

  • A firm price before any work starts
  • Technical advice from a knowledgeable, certified technician
  • Clear information on the method, the products used and the expected outcome
  • Notes kept on your property, so you are not re-explaining the problem each time
  • Product information sheets if you want them
  • Maximum effect on the pest with minimal disruption to your home

Safe around your family

For most homeowners the real concern isn’t the pest - it’s what gets sprayed around their children and pets to deal with it. We use only carefully selected products, and methods designed to ensure no adverse health effects, particularly where there are children, pets or existing health conditions.

Every technician holds a current Approved Handler’s Certificate for Urban Pest Management in accordance with ERMA New Zealand - the qualification that says someone understands what they’re applying and where. Tell us who and what is in the property and we’ll plan around it.

Rats back every winter?

Treatment clears the ones that are in there now. Rodent proofing closes the gaps they came in through, so next winter is quiet.

What our customers say

It was the Sunday of a long weekend, and after having set off multiple bombs and cleaning for hours we realised we needed to get someone in. I expected to leave messages and hear back on the Tuesday - but no. Marie phoned me back about 15 minutes after I left the message. Half an hour later she called back - she had found one of your workers to come and spray our house that day. On a long weekend, on a Sunday, and at no extra cost. We were in a pretty dire situation, and the kindness and efficiency made the world of difference. The roaches moved out, and we now have a clean, happy home.

It's really hard when you've never had any pest issues before to know where to start. I rang several different companies but Marie's lovely calming and reassuring manner helped me choose you guys. Both Mike and Stuart have been fantastic to deal with - Mike has taken quite a few phone calls from me, I called him my bed bug counsellor! You've made a horrible stressful situation seem like it was all under control.

Residential pest control - common questions

Is pest spray safe around my children and pets?
This is the question we get asked most, and it is the right one to ask. We use carefully selected products and apply them with methods designed to avoid adverse health effects - particularly where there are children, pets, or people with existing health conditions in the house. Tell us who and what is in the property before we start and we will plan around it, including where treatment goes and how long to stay out of a treated area.
Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
Usually only for a short period, and for some treatments not at all. It depends on what is being treated and where. We will tell you exactly what is needed before we start rather than leaving you to guess.
Will one treatment be enough?
For many household jobs, yes. Some pests genuinely need a follow-up - bed bugs and heavy cockroach or flea infestations all have egg stages that survive the first treatment, so a second visit is part of doing the job properly rather than an upsell. We will tell you upfront which situation you are in.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
It varies by treatment. Flea and bed bug work needs real preparation - vacuuming, laundering, clearing access - and the result depends on it. We give you clear instructions when we book so nothing is a surprise on the day.
Do you offer regular treatments for homes?
Yes. Some households prefer an annual or twice-yearly general treatment to stay ahead of spiders, ants and rodents rather than calling when there is a problem. It suits bush-edge and coastal properties particularly well.
