For a genuine emergency we do our best to reach you the same day, though we can't guarantee it - it depends on where you are and what the run sheet already looks like. What we will do is tell you straight away when we can realistically be there, so you can plan around a real answer instead of a marketing one.
What counts as urgent
A wasp nest near a doorway, path or play area. A food business that can't trade or is facing a verification visit. Bed bugs in accommodation with guests due. Rodents in a commercial kitchen. Anything where someone's health or a business's ability to operate is on the line today.
Say it's urgent when you call
It genuinely changes how the call is handled. Tell us what you've got, where you are, and why it can't wait - the more specific you are, the better we can judge where it sits.
What to do in the meantime
- Wasps: stay away from the nest, keep children and pets inside, and don't block the entrance - that drives them into the building
- Bed bugs: don't move mattresses or bedding to another room, and don't spray. Both spread it
- Cockroaches in a commercial kitchen: don't spray before we arrive; it scatters them into new areas
- Rodents: leave any bait or traps where they are so we can see the activity pattern
