The one case where a multinational genuinely makes more sense is a contract spanning several cities, and we'd tell you that rather than pretend otherwise.

If your sites are in Auckland, a local operator gives you something a branch network structurally can't: a small local team rather than branch-rostered technicians, a programme designed around your operation rather than a standardised national template, and a direct line to the people doing the work. A trans-Tasman provider earns its place when you have sites on both sides of the Tasman - which, if you're reading this, you probably don't.

Ask one question and it'll tell you most of what you need: does the technician actually attending hold a current Approved Handler's Certificate for Urban Pest Management? Not "does the company employ someone who does" - the person turning up at your house. Plenty of operators can't answer that cleanly.
